Ecotechnical museum – old sewerage plant
Ecotechnical museum is placed at the buildings of old sewerage plant, which is one of the most important buildings of Czech industrial architecture. The tour in the museum includes visit of underground halls beneath the plant, with display about history and technology of sewage treatment. Old steam pumping engines from 1903 are placed in the upper floor. The machines are still functional and they are sometimes, on a special occasions, put into operation.
